I rented a trailer to move some restaurant equipment and upon returning the trailer, I was aware that I would be running about 30 minutes past my check in time. I contacted the Uhaul location and inform the gentleman and to give him a heads up of my situation. He was extremely understanding and more than generous for allowing me to run a little bit over my allotted time. Thanks for all you help. I will definitely rent from this location again. 5 stars
