Why do you provide a "Not Applicable" choice for the question "Were the personnel helpful?" at the drop off location if you're not going to let me choose "Not Applicable". If I didn't speak to anyone because I dropped off after hours, the question is not applicable.

Tod WA neighborhood dealer that was assigned for drop off. The rental was from Thursday with a Tuesday return. This neighborhood dealer sent me a message to call or email if there were any questions. I went to return a day early on Monday and found that it was a drive-in style restaurant which was closed on Sunday and Monday. Apparently, they were closed on Tuesday and when I tried to call regarding the 24-hour return and to follow up on the check in the phone was never answered, it went to a voice mail that had the message " this voice mail is full. Please enter access code." Clear your voice mail or don't offer it as a method of contact. Check returns daily and get the receipts processed timely.
terry bGet rid of locations I have other concerns other than U-Haul. U-Haul used to be a very good name you could rent good equipment clean equipment and used to have pride now anyone with extra space and you are dealer. Need to have more respect for the name.
