Uhaul was very dirty, dirty drink marks in the console, dirt all over the floorboards. Owner was extremely late for me to be able to pick up. My pick up was 9 am i didnt leave until almost 10. I couldn't do a digital pick up. No one else (2 other employees) could check me out. I was standing outside waiting for him to arrive. Horrible location, I recommend going to Asheville or Waynesville. I just could walk from my now previous house.

steve tThere was one day I requested a U-Haul for a Sat went by several times gate was locked tried calling no answer so I know things happen just never sure what happened. Other than that everything has been great. Wish U-Haul could give a discount or something nice every now and then to customers who keep coming back!!!!
Lisa POnly issue I had with this location was about how they handled my equipment drop off. I started receiving multiple texts and calls from UHAUL stating that I had yet returned my equipment and that it was going to affect other customers and their reservations. I had returned the equipment on time and where they directed me to, however they had not checked it back in. When I called they were not argumentative or anything and said they would take care of the issue. Then the next day I recieved a final email from UHAUL stating that I despite trying to call me and reach me on my provided info, that I had STILL not returned the equipment. Then less than 15 minutes later I get an email to the same address and it was a receipt of my transaction, with bo mention of the "delayed return"??
