Agent did not check us out correctly. He did not help of inspect the Tow Dolly Hook up. He had no record of my reservation. All he did is take a photo of my reservation number I showed him on my email. He then said "you good to go, just go out and select your tow dolly". There were 3 tow dolly to choose from. We picked one and hooked it up ourselves and left with the dolly about 12:30pm 8/2/25. We used it to tow our car, then we retuned it at "Extra Mile Tools, in Dawsonville, GA" that same day at about 5pm. The agent at the return location had no record of our reservation. The return agent also told us the check out agent did not enter our pick-up in the system. He said he had no record of our reservation, nor did he have record that we had the dolly. He accepted the return and apologized for the inconvenience of how we were handled.

The person manning the location did not know much about uhaul except handing me out a key. I returned the vehicle couple hours later but the location never checked it IN. Multiple calls were made to this place but no one answered the phone through the next 3 days. Finally I made another trip to this place and asked them to check the vehicle in. This resulted in a lot of inconvenience to me and the people at this place were not even apologetic. Stay away from this place for uhaul rentals.
Balraj MI was never notified that I had to pay atm I asked the guy he said yes then I was driving and in the middle of the highway I had to stop because the truck wasn’t on filled and they could report it as stolen
