There were personnel at the location, even though it was during their posted business hours. Again the uhaul drop off process did not work correctly. Could not upload requested pics, while the truck was great, the uhaul app seems quite clunky and unreliable

This location should not exist. It is an abandoned car shop. There was no one there to help me. The truck was filthy with food left inside. The lock box was impossible to get into and had to be smashed with a rock (the lady on the phone told me to use a rock). I selected a location much closer to me and uhaul for some reason put me half an hour out of my way to this place. 0/10. Uhaul needs to manage their system and locations better.
