The whole experience was very unclear, needs a better manager and whole staff needs to be trained better. Kiera was very pleasant and so was the new girl Blake and another girl who I don’t think works there. But I feel as if training should be incorporated into their business a bit better.
ADDIE DDid an after hours drop off so I didn’t have the chance to interact with anyone. But the after hours ability to drop it off was the reason that I choose this location.
