Do not use u haul. They are the worst truck rental company I've ever used
jonathan D.We were charged a cleaning fee for a uhaul that was covered in mud when we received it. They blamed us because we didn't tell them before hand. We were charged an extra day and extra miles even though we brought the uhaul back BEFORE we told them we would, same day, with more gas in it than we got it with it in. I never in my life paid over 150 dollars for a uhaul and was charged 250 for maybe 8 hours total of usage. Absolutely disgusted.
