First we had ordered the U-Haul at a different location and the day before pick up they said we had to report at a different location and the pick up for the truck was later than we had scheduled. Not only was someone not there when we picked up the truck at the location, we had all this trouble just to call and figure out what to do. Our movers were waiting and it delayed our schedule. Also once someone finally came after an hour of waiting, they reported the gas was a quarter full, when we started the truck, it had 2 miles left on it.

humberto gI was told to drop off at different locations instead my choosen location 2050 El Algonquin rd Algonquin, IL 60102 which is not impressive the owner is very rude at first and somewhat not try to help very disappointed zero rate for the shop, 1 for uhual this time but overall I'm happy with my previous business with uhual not this drop off location
