Nothing! The employee was courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me get the trailer attached and hooked up. Upon returning it, the employee help me disconnect and unhook. I had a great experience!

The 15’ trucks steering shift was a bit wonky. A bit difficult to get into the gear you wanted. The service here was excellent.
