Went there and picked up Uhaul truck and the inside of the truck was dirty and very sticky, like someone spilled a coke in it. Before I could bring it from there to here, when I got back to my hotel I had to go clean the inside.

Due to having to use online check-in it was a horrible experience. It took over 2 1/2 hours of being on the phone to get it checked out. The gal on the phone was phenomenal help and would not of got it figured out with our her.
William AYou guys need to communicate with each other because I had many people from U-Haul call me about my truck when I had already been ok by somebody then threaten me to call the cops because they didn't agree with the person who okay my rental!
