This location was So much easier to deal with then the one on North Nevada in Colorado Springs. I was in and out with a couple of minutews when I checked the truck out and also when I checked the truck in. The other locations make it so difficult to do either that I actually hate having to go to them if He doesn't have the truck I need when i go here.

A great first time experience. we stopped in a day early to make sure everything was ready. They were more than helpful, let us know the trailer was there, checked to see if our Jeep was setup for it, just a super friendly place. We went back to get the trailer and it was another super nice guy. He hooked up the trailer, made sure all the lights worked, answered any questions we had, made sure we had everything we needed and wished us a good trip. Prefect Can't thank these folks enough.!

The staff was very friendly and helpful; the only concern I have is that employees were not wearing masks, which I believe should be a U-HAUL company policy to protect both their employees and customers during this current time of the pandemic.

My only complaint is not being able to change your drop off location in the app. I had advised I was going to drop off the truck In Woodland Park, however the location set in my app was in Cascade. Although only a 6 mile difference, and small inconvenience, it would be better if you could change your drop off location in the App if you find one closer to your final destination. Other than that, great experience.

I had problems with the door of the unit and the owner was able to get the door open and help move the load around so the issue would not happen again. The roll type door was the issue.
