This experience was terrible. They call me three hours before my scheduled pick up time for a trailer to tell me there wasn't any available. I had to drive AN HOUR AND 20 MINS to pick up the trailer I had requested days prior. They offered no discount and on top of that charged ME extra when I tried dropping off the trailer at my originally requested location. UHAUL expected me to make another 2 HOUR AND 40 MIN ROUND TRIP just to drop off a trailer. I'm definitely going Penske next time I've never had this issue with them and being in the military we move often. Very dissatisfied and just disappointed.

My only complaint was I was never told what time the uhaul needed to be back. I brought my uhaul back an hour late and was charged a full days.

I was ripped-off at this location . My original online order for the trailer . I opted out of the insurance. It was slipped in on my order,at the location without my consent. They had me sign on a small digital tablet devise. I was picking up the trailer. I couldn`t see the area on that contract. Where these crooks added the insurance. I noticed these charges on my card latter. I went back to the location,they claimed nothing they could do. Look at my online order. I even pre-checked out. The insurance wasn`t on the online order.

When we called on the 20th to make arrangements to pick up the U-box on Wednesday, the man from Rocktops said it was too hot to pick up on Wednesday afternoon. So, picked it up on Thursday afternoon and he insisted we return the u-box and trailer the next morning early. Our rental agreement stated that we had it rented til the 24th. We never received any paperwork stating the u-box was returned along with the furniture pads. He said he didn't have any. Had no issues with the U-haul store in Kokomo Indiana and their customer service was very good and helpful

Man at counter was very rude. He didn't know that I had already completed the Truck share 24/7 and just needed the key from the counter. He continued on his computer looking for the reservation and did not pay attention to me showing him my phone to receive my key. Once he realized I had already completed the process, I got my key. I also did not receive a dolly that I reserved with the truck.
