No personnel available when truck was dropped off.

We were told to return our truck in Owasso. We went to the only open store in Owasso, only to be told that they would not accept the truck. We called another store that said they were open 24hrs (Catoosa) He told us how to drop off the truck and that I would have a confirmation of the return email within the hour. It was nearly 18hrs later when the truck was checked back in. The extra driving to find another store caused us to be charge an overage on the miles we were allowed for our rental. Overall, this experience with U-haul was nothing but stress and poor customer service.

The man was rude made us wait 45 mins. No leg on tongue to get it onto my ball not right size trailor I reserved got charged $ 40 more on my credit card than contract was to be. I will never use uhaul again

I rented a 6x12 trailer. It was all the two of us could do to lift the trailer on the ball.I had a dificult time lifting the toung off when I retuirned after hours. My sugestion would be to get the people who are responsible for equipment design to go try to lift a 6x12 trailer w/o a jack then calculate the cost of litigation for customers or employees.

Computer wasn't working so could not book a one way rental, had to drive back to pick up point after move was complete. Tried to give you more money but system would not allow. Then tried to drop off online but online system was stuck in a loop after log in, could not complete. Called customer service, waited about 12 minutes on hold, confirmed system issue, ask rep to close my contract but since I had left the drop off point already she could not help. Ileft drop off point because no one was there even though I called ahead, 2 vehicles drove by me as I was unhooking trailer and jusy kept going leaving no one to complete drop off paperwork. Called pick up point and they said they would do it later and email me, never received email so called next day and they assured me it was complete but still no paid receipt, therefore if I am over charged I will tell credit card company that charges arr fraudulent and U-haul can deal with Visa. Buying me a trailer, much less hassle and always available , oh yeah, booked pick up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma no problem , according to your system and then later received email to pick up at the different location, needing the trailer I had no choice but to go to place assigned which was 15 miles out of the way. In summary, I understand everything is designed to do without customer service reps, online virtual is the goal, so just lead with that, stop pretending that customer service is available , state rent at own risk , kerp a lot full of trailers and a computer terminal and hope for the best, mlthat way we customers won't bother anyone at U-haul, pick up nd return to lot and send money, you won't have to deal with public and expectations will be managed lower for the customer so we aren't so pissed, we will expect mediocrity, thats the way AT&T does it....extract money from troublesome customer and force compliance on U-haul's terms. Thanks, you will not have to worry with me ever again . You obviously do not need anymore of my money.

Office is in a small trailer behind a fence with multiple signs saying KEEP OUT. Office door was unlocked so entered. Light was off, heater was on and an unmade bed was in front of the door. Yes, someone LIVES in this "office". No hours posted so using the smartphone that I borrowed (where the assuming that EVERYONE has smart phone is beyond the pale...) I followed the instructions on the contract to do a self return of the truck. Location is terrible and I would be concerned if a lady were to try and pick up a truck on their own.

Don’t move scheduled pickup places. It was really inconvenient for me to return the trailer to the same place and cost me more money then I wanted to spend.

Customer service was bad waited 45 minutes ti get the trailer, tried to get there early and there address puts you in an apartment complex. They weren't sure what trailer i was renting. Desk person kept taking calls while working with me. Very unprofessional

We could not find anyone for several minutes and it was downright frightening trying to figure out where we could find someone to talk to. The place was a filthy mess. The woman who ultimately came out of a "shack" to help us was nice but she didn't have the help she needed and was trying to do too many jobs. We weren't told anything about the truck but just given the keys and found it for ourselves and on our own made sure we understood how to open the back, etc. We also realized later that we thought we had ordered a dolly online but we didn't get one. I don't think we were charged for it but thank goodness a friend had one we were able to borrow.

Catoosa store needs better location. Staff was friendly, but a very ominous place to pick up a U-Haul. Staff getting there on time is always a plus, maybe next time that will happen so I don’t have to wait. Overall D+ and the only reason it’s not an F is because the man was nice and friendly but the location took the biggest hit in my opinion.

Had the trailer for about 3 hours and was charged for 5 days

Requested open trailer to move refrigerator and was given an unsuable box trailer because the item would not fit. The sales clerk insisted the appliance would fit. Went from catoosa to skiatook to only find the trailer was to small. Not only it I waste money but also time to pick up and drop off the trailer.
