The staff was super nice and easy to work with. The truck was dirty inside the cab and outside. The tires were covered with mud and it looked like a Jalopy. The two front tiires were out of balance so bad it shook the whole truck. The truck was loud and hard to hold in the road.
TIMOTHY GOnly issue is that I’m covered in poison ivy from trying to get the truck unstuck from the mud in the parking lot.

Bryan CAfter hours pick up was a terrible experience. I might not book from this location or UHAUL again because of this experience. I will try to find time to make an official complaint. The process to pick up after hours is ridiculous and there should be a CLEAR warning that it will take a LONG time and await verification of (employer !!?) I ended loosing money because of the delay!
