The vehicle had been in med prior to my rental and inside floor was full of mud. Young man working was very helpful and picking up and dropping off were seamless.

I have been charged with fuel surcharge when I returned same level it was. Looks like the location intentionally doing it by not keeping the fuel full. I have the proof before and after and available to share. I felt I am cheated out

Christopher MArrived 30’ early at 10:30 am and place was closed. Had baseball commentary tv show on and became hard to communicate with volume high. Equipment ordered not available at location.
Thomas HThe location has terrible cell service for Verizon, which became an issue when dropping off as it had to be done in the app (which no one told us when picking up). We spent 25 minutes there just checking out and waiting for the app to accept our photos. Also, the cup holder in the cab was busted and the tires were bald. Thank goodness it didn't rain or snow yesterday.
