U-Haul trailer seem to be in high demand and low supply in the Denver area (based on trying to book via the U-Haul website). Mine was waiting as reserved and worked out great. Thanks StoreQuest Centennial!

It would be very useful to be clear on the open and close hours. For example, the Storquest office closes at 6 PM but as I learnt during the process, the U-Haul part of the office work stops at 5:30 PM.

Was disappointed that I reserved 2 sets of moving blankets and was only given one. Was particularly disappointed that I was just dismissed with a scoff when I asked if there was something else that could be done and why the reserved moving blankets were not available. Additionally, I was overcharged for fuel because the contract had the wrong level marked and the person working when I picked it up did not change the contract and just circled the correct fuel level and did not leave an explanation for the person that would be checking the truck in. I did get the money back, but had to make several calls to do so and felt like I was treated as a nuisance rather than a client.

The store clerk was nice enough but there was a lack of focus regarding the job at hand. Ordered Furniture Pads (6) were not placed in truck initially, had to return to store to retrieve them. Upon return, once the trip was over there was confusion about how many miles had been driven. I had gone to the Springs and back and she had stated I clocked 36 miles. I had to go over the sheet with her to subtract the initial mileage recorded from the end mileage to come up with 128 miles, which was within the 130 miles that was anticipated. More focus is needed at the front counter.

Maybe I'm expecting too much. But the cabin was quite dirty. Esp where you put your drinks etc. And the truck drove horribly. The front end shook badly. But. Other than that. The truck was ready. Checkout was quick and easy. And night drop offf was super convenient!!!

Truck was not loaded with a dolly or packing blankets as requested in my order. It was my first time using the self checkin. Attendant was not helpful and actually told me he was leaving in a minute. Poor customer service.

I needed a truck on short notice because my other arrangements fell through. My movers (who I was paying $70 an hour) called the call center and was told this location had a 20ft truck available immediately so we said we'd be there to pick it up immediately. When I got to the location 10 minutes later we were told that there was not a truck available but that one would be back in an hour. So I booked it. Came back to pick it up, was told that the previous renter hadn't returned it and were not likely to return it any time soon. In desperation I ended up renting a much smaller truck and so had to do 2 trips instead of one and ended up having to pay the movers twice what i should have.

I had reservations to pickup uhaul at 8:00 am & they don’t open till 9:00 am. I had to wait but luckily the employee was early and got my rental otherwise I would have lost my hour or more. I think you should match the timing and let customers book uhaul.

Trailer was very dirty with broken glass. Customer service didn't give me any paperwork or explain return process. I tried to call uHaul.com to figure out how to return the trailer but have to after an hour on hold with no answer.

This is a fairly new location Mike is great, exceptional customer service skills, but I watched him explain to several persons they could not drop off one way at that location Mike was great but the customers were upset his smile and courtesy helped sooth them Maybe you could fix your system so one ways don’t go there

Way over priced for what I got. Quote was around $47...final charge $89. Will be using Penske going firward due to shady business practices.
