Arrived to the location and someone who claimed to work there asked me to back the trailer in a particular spot. They then told me that they would submit the return themselves and I did not have to do anything. This was not true and I had to waste more time and gas to return to the location and perform the checkout myself. The whole experience of both pick-up/drop off, and the ridiculous price gouging will force me to search elsewhere for any moving needs in the future. I will also be telling everyone I use to find someone else.
Bradley S.A little dark in the back of the drop off Building, so more lighting and some signage in the back of the building for where the key drop off box is. The drop off box was on a pole in the front of the building, online told us that. Otherwise it worked out great. Thank you!
tammy B.The store-front is not obvious - especially at night, and where to park the van for drop off was unclear unless you talked with someone. The store is in a mall area which is rather busy with traffic but other than that, it was easily accessible from a main road.
