Information provided at pick up location was incorrect. I booked 2 extra days, due to hurricane milton and was told that, I would be reimbursed if I didn't need them. I returned the trailer earlier then tge standard reservation and was told by customer service that, one way rentals are not subject to reimbursement. That is something that the agent should know.

Fan motor not working right
RICARDO MStaff was wonderful and accommodating!
Jeannett LTank wasnt on full when recieved and i was in the process of moving so i didnt record the fuel gauge and i brought it back with same level as was given and still had to fork over 50$ extra because of a little gas, shameful when you think about it.
Joshua Vthe front desk gentleman was very courteous and professional.
