TOMMY DAVIS is a great representative for UHAUL SERVICES. TOMMY and i communicated with UHAUL way-prior to pickup date that i requested 2dozen FURNITURE PADS; allowing ample time for UHAUL to make sure that the PADS were there on SAT., JUNE 13, 2020. THE PADS DID NOT ARRIVE. this is not the first time at this location. it disappoints me for TOMMY DAVIS who is CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENT that he has to be put in this position to disappoint a customer by THE UHAUL, WHO HAS A REPUTATION OF MANY YEARS OF SERVICE BUT UHAUL DID NOT DELIVER FURNITURE PADS THIS UHAUL LOCATION. I hope this will be corrected immediately for all locations. TOMMY DAVIS HAS A LONGSTANDING REPUTATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CENTERVILLE, TEXAS. i will certainly work with TOMMY DAVIS again.
