Attendant barely spoke English and was not understanding my desire to drop the truck off early (evening before). Then I was charged an additional $14.00 on top of the $10.00 I replenished the tank with at an even higher level of when I received. Moving is stressful enough...thanks for 'adding' to it....where is the service...NO ONE really does their job anymore. Probably my last move anyway...so GOODBYE UHAUL...never again and NO RECCOMENDATIONS from me. Oh...and enjoy your extra $14.00 you must need it more than I. Hmm...the extra $14.00 on top off my early return of just over 15 hours...shouldn't have I received a credit...Y'all shady as shit!!!
Rick CThe receptionist was using his phone for check-in, but seemed unfamiliar with the process. He then requested me to complete the check-in myself, yet encountered difficulties. After multiple attempts, I ended up having to complete the process on his phone, which turned a 5-10 minute task into over an hour. It was quite an unpleasant experience.

Joseph DThe truck was clean. The original rental had no gas cap. The substitute had s faulty parking brake resulting in the warning chime sounding continuously. Check engine light came on sporadically.
