Absolutely failed!! The truck had left over water bottles in it. When I returned it they are are trying to charge me for 269 miles, I only drove 44 and refilled it with 6,1 gallons of fuel. Never use them again. Never use Uhaul again after trying to discuss with customer service.Robert K.

Returned Truck Same Day ! Paid For Gas There To Fill Tank, Asked The Guy Behind Counter Where To Park It, Parked The UHaul Returned The Keys and Asked If Needed Anything Else He Told Me No All Good ! A Week Later I Get An Email Saying Truck Was Never Returned & Owe $542 , So I Call The Customer Service & Sat On Hold For Over An Hour Back & Forth With Store Clerk & Agent Who Had No Idea What She Was Doing & Long Story Short Whole Experience Horrible !!Dallas N.
We made a reservation for a 10 foot truck at this location and then no one was able to give my husband the keys - they said they didn' know how. This was at 7:30 pm. He had to pick it up the next day which was also a somewhat confusing experience because the staff that day thought the truck had been actually picked up and was being dropped off - and he had to load the truck himself instead with all the help he had lined up the night before. Here's what I already sent in to customer service: I was scheduled to pick up the U-Haul at 11:30AM on 15 September and return it by 11:30 on 16 September. I was unacceptably charged for two days. Here's the actual timeline: 1. I arrived at the Citgo station to rent the vehicle at 12:15. 2. The U-Haul app failed repeatedly at the first step of having me take a picture. Every time I clicked the first step it died and went back to 'start your rental'. 3. I went inside the store (Citgo station/convenience store) and the guy behind the counter could only tell me that he saw my name and reservation but he couldn't give me the key. 4. After talking with him I found an option to convert to an in-store rental. I did that and it told me I couldn't rent until 12:45 (this was at 12:31). 5. At 12:45 the guy behind the counter said that I still showed "green" and he couldn't give me the keys until I showed "grey". 6. I called U-Haul and waited on-hold for tech support. They agreed that something was wrong and transferred me to a "registration manager". 7. I waited on hold AGAIN for a registration manager. Sue Ann was able to complete my registration, and get it to the point where I showed 'grey' on the U-Haul terminal in-store and the guy would give me keys. (Apparently he was supposed to be able to do the paperwork but didn't know how). 8. At 1:15 I finally was able to drive away, an hour later. 9. I completed the rental, gassed up the vehicle and returned the keys before 7:45PM the same day. 10. Now I see that I was charged for a second day because the Citgo station never "completed" the rental until 11:50 AM today. This is completely unacceptable. I wasted an hour due to multiple failures in your system, returned the vehicle early and now you want to overcharge me as well when I did exactly what I was supposed to? This is crap, and you need to fix NOW. I expect an immediate refund of the second day of rental ($19.95) and the second day of safemove charge ($14.00) plus all associated extra taxes and fees that you tacked on for the second day THAT NEVER HAPPENED. This looks like about $40 of bogus charges on the invoice I received. If I do not receive a refund for the second day charges within 3 business days I will initiate a charge-back for the full amount with my credit card company and I'll see you on social media. I really can't express how bad and frustrating this experience was in polite terms. To get overcharged on top of the wasted time....Gilbert L.

It's in a small convenience store. Really? Wow I have never seen that before. But if I could get a dedicated sales person that would help so much. I had to wait and answer questions in between the cashier ringing up people for gas, cigarettes ect. Also there was an issue with the person using the checkout system. Not sure if its lack of training or what but the whole process took at least 45mins. It was way too long considering that I entered everything and paid online.Craig K.
