My reservation was for a one-way rental. NOT ROUND TRIP. I was moving 35 miles across town. When I tried to drop off at the location near my apartment I was told I would have a 245 $extra charge if I did not return the truck to the place I had rented it. Not impressed.

The truck had some water in it from a recent rainstorm, but the folks at McKay's were very helpful in getting it dried out, and they make the reservation/return process very smooth.

The truck stopped on us twice. The brake kept coming on. Also I didn't know I had to take a picture of the meter and we had already put the key in the box. I have called two different numbers and left messages and no one has called back yet. Can someone please call me 4022169831. Thank you!

Having rented trailers from this location several times a couple things will always keep me coming back for more. 1. Impeccable Service and Professionalism. 2. Quality and fair pricing 3. Just an overall good old fashioned REAL customer service and friendliness that used to be the norm in our society. These guys are a real breath of fresh air and I wish more businesses were like them. I highly recommend and truly appreciate what they bring to the table.

In maneuvering to back up car...assistant nicked bumper of our Q5. Communication to EASE back slowly was not said. I was not going very fast or given message soon enough to stop. On return $35 was taken off my next rental in March. However, my husband reminded me we JUST had that bumper fixed and $1000. Discouraged!

Hard to rate as I did night drop- off. Overall, I appreciate the night drop off option, but it does take a lot of time to do that on the app - pictures, multiple questions etc.

Owner was there when checking in and later checking out when I returned vehicle. All went well. Problem with these smaller franchises is that unless the business owner is present other employees are not trained or confident enough to do the required check out/ check in processes.

My truck was filthy, needed an oil change, and the wire harness (for a trailer) didn't work at all. Clean the trucks thoroughly, change the oil on time, perform other maintenance, and perform a standard operations check for readiness. I am sure Uhaul already has these measures installed, but this particular truck was not ready.
