Very friendly people who look out for your best interest. They represent uhaul in an excellent mannor ty very much for a simple process. My ownly conplaint is how you can pick a truck and reserve it like it was availible that caused a little mix up only to find out that i acknowledged it was not availible at at that location . This needs to be addressed .

I was VERY disappointed that I had to drive 2 hrs round trip to get my uhaul. No compensation on the price of the uhaul either. I had to change my plans and other peoples plans to "accomodate" Uhaul.

The rental experience is always great here. Terry & Debbie had everything ready for me with the truck pulled up and ready to go. 10 minutes of paperwork and I was off and Debbie was even kind enough to take me a few minutes early. Great experience.

I always use U-Haul, but it stinks when you have to drive 45 minutes to pickup equipment. Surely there must be a more convenient way to get what you need at a closer location.
I've never had a poor experience here. The office is clean and well maintained, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is ready to go when promised.
