The online check-out is terrific, but I did all of the pre-cursor things online to pick up the vehicle and it still too about 30 minutes to finish the transaction.

We listed 50 miles as our range and ended up traveling less than 40. We were charged over $500 and the receipt said we traveled 400 miles. We have the truck for about 3.5 hours which literally makes that impossible. How can we get our money back? The estimate was for around $110. Please let me know what we can do to fix this.

NO one in the building speak English well.. They was eatting lunch and it smelled BAD. And the have a lot of little business they are running on the side so it’s a small office with ALOT of people in it..

Truck was great, service was awful. Associate added on Safemove without my consent, noticed it on screen and asked him to remove, still ended up on the contract which I didn't notice until later. 3 calls to Uhaul since and nothing has been done. Uhaul could do better on many levels.

The location was not very visible from the street, and had no U-Haul paraphernalia for me to recognize where the facility was. As I arrived, the attendant flagged me around to the rear of the strip mall building. Once I arrived at the rear of the building, there was no one there to instruct me where to part the truck. I found a spot, and avoided colliding with anything, but there was also no walking path to get back to the front of the strip mall. So I had to walk around back to the front. By time I found the attendant, he asked me for the keys, and said thank you, and informed me that I would get an email. So, I guess I parked it for him, so that he would not have to do anything.

Online reservation did not seem to work even while talking with regional uhaul. In took one hour to get truck. Unacceptable. This caused my move to be changed.

When I went to pick my vehicle up at the location, the keys were not present in the vehicle and it delayed my move two hours and caused a lot of frustration. However, the area manager, Bradley, was very helpful and accommodating, and refunded me fully. He is a great employee!!

Hanmi Post is mostly a post office for Asians, seems Chinese. First question on entering was "Did I need fingerprints?" Would not care to use again.

This place is horrible they make up charges which To get more money out of you They charge for Sunday to cheat you because they check you out on Monday because Sunday the are closed Charge for charges not even belong to you like gas.cleaning even the return tuck is spotless clean they will make up the charges for gas even you give them Same amount of gas what you got Staff is very very very rude I recommend never ever go to this place unless you want to get screwed . Rented 10 feet truck for one day end up paying two Hundred dollars $200 ridiculous. Don't. Ever go to this location happened four times with me Go to west fax Chantilly location only

The self experience was horrible! I got there after 8 pm and the app's pick up button was grayed out. I called cs twice and no one knew how to fix it. the call was transferred to two other reps, finally I suggested maybe changing the pickup time to 9 pm,that worked !!! The final step of the self pickup requested me totake a photo of the odometer and fuel gauge. the system kept requesting me to take "a newer photo "!!! This self pickup should be improved to make more user friendly !
