Staff was not helpful. Lady who answered the phone gave me attitude, then gave me more when I arrived. Both times spoke as if she did not have time for me and carried herself with a unpleasant disposition. She seemed to be rude to other customers too. I also work in Customer Service, so I know how customers can tuff to deal with, but my situation certainly did not warrant it (only simple drop off that took a few mins).
