They asked me to put my credit card information on a kools cigarette carton on the day I picked up the truck. I informed the store clerk that I had already filled out my information online. She tells me I have to do it anyway, but I wasn’t comfortable putting my credit card and address information on a cigarette carton. Anther clerk walked in and called UHale directly and I didn’t have to leave any information. I was in the store for over 45mins to an Hour. Overall it was a horrible experience and I don’t think I’ll ever use UHale again.

Please have a computer system in place...the guys did everything by pen and paper, yet 5mi down the road they have an entire online system providing customers print outs of estimates and finalized stuff... it was not welcoming to see such backwards methodology being applied there. the ppl were nice, but will not go there again, was not too confident in their method of noting stuff down before leaving....

Completed online info to save time at rental counter, total waste of time as clerk hand wrote all data down on piece of paper. He had no idea that I'd already completed all information online. No receipt at end.

The location did not have any of the usual u haul rental slips and wrote all of my information down on the back of a cigarette carton. This included my credit information, not very secure, so I will have to keep an eye on my accounts for a while. The employees didn't seem to know all to much about renting the trucks and did not do any damage checks or a walk around before letting me take the truck. I have rented u haul trucks on multiple occasions from different places and never had an experience as odd as this.

I had an 8am rental. No one was available to assist. Twenty minutes later an individual showed up and proceeded to write the vehicle information down on a piece of card board. The so-called fast rental process took as long as the regular process. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location. No thanks, next time I'll either rent from the Home Depot store or travel the extra 10 minutes to the Stonecroft Blvd location.

Location doesn’t have a system in place and wrote down all my information in a piece of paper (including my credit card info) even though I made the reservation online prior to the pick up and had everything filled out in the website.

Asked for a receipt, was not given one. Then, had to respond to an email saying that we did not return the truck explaining that we did, in fact, drop it off. To top it all off, we are being charged for an extra day of insurance now because it was reported that we dropped the vehicle off a day later than we actually dropped it off. The rental was fine, but dealing with the aftermath has been a huge hassle. Not happy with this experience

Might be new agent. The person had no idea what or how to check in a truck. He did not report truck turned in by me for 3 days. Appeared as though I still had the truck. Concerned me, didn't want uhaul thinking I still had truck. I went back on 4th for paper receipt and told him to let uhaul know truck tuned in on time.

This guy, didn't even give me a receipt that I turned in the truck. Mind you, I returned it per my contract on July 1... On July 4th I get an email that I was over 2 days and charged $80.00 bucks. Had to call CS to fight it and she realized I did return it on July 1. Issued me a refund. But this return location needs to address returns at the moment and not two days later. About 1/4 mile past that drop off location there's an actual U-Haul location... GO THERE!

My on-line reservation was for a 4'x7' utility trailer. When I showed up they did not have the equipment and instead rented me a 5'x8' trailer. I had to hook up the equipment to my vehicle and perform safety checks by myself. Upon invoicing I was charged for a 5'x8' trailer instead of the 4'x7' utility trailer with no explanation of the charges. Does not seem like good business,

Clerk did not give me a receipt or even any confidence that it would be recorded that we returned the equipment. I actually took a picture of his hand written note that he was writing for himself. He did not offer to help us unhitch the trailer and my husband and son had to figure out where to put the trailer and unhitched it themselves.

the operator of the location could not figure out how to use the computer so he told me he could not rent me the truck. The area supervisor Bradley Chapman had to drive to the location and fill out the paperwork. Bradley saved the day on this one.

Have trained sales associates to be able to process rentals. Took them more than 30 minutes to process my pick up (even when doing an express check in online) and 30+ minutes to process my truck return. Associates were friendly, however, the rental location and timeliness of service was very poor.

This is literally a gas station in the middle of nowhere with all of 3 pieces of uhaul equipment. I spent an hour sitting there on the phone with the local shop owner and then the regional field manager trying to set up the uhaul rental I made online. The 1st problem was that the guy working that day was pretty new and hadnt been trained in the uhaul service, and to top it off he barely spoke english. But then it didnt help that Uhaul's system did not have my reservation on file for that location and so I had to verbally give my info over the phone again. And then the computer program for each person I talked to kept failing and I had to go through it all multiple times. I had to have given out all my information over the phone at least a half dozen times. After it was all said and done I was driving home and 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Uhaul saying something went wrong with their system and I needed to provide my info again because it didnt save. By far the worst experience I have ever had! Makes me want to never use uhaul again!!
