This drop off location was 3 times further away from my location than residence. I shouldn't have to drop off at different location so U Haul has enough trucks at that location.

Phillip K.No truck available at my pickup time. Had to go home and come back later to get a truck that was returned. I was charged for insurance when I did not want it. I was told it could not be credited back to my account. Did not get a copy of the rental agreement when I picked up the truck because there was no printer paper. Not a good experience.
