I am so glad we used this location to pick up and drop off. The gentleman that took care of us Joe was the sweetest and most kind customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. He made everything so smooth and easy. Drop off after hours was convenient and we will definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Bernie DThe truck had an awful pull and lights flickered. The check engine light came on and when I called the facility, no one called me back. The items I requested were not loaded into the truck (dolly and moving blankets) and I had to make a return trip to the location to pick them up and the owner acted as if he was being put out in order to meet me for items I paid for.
