The problem wasn't where I got the equipment from. the problemssss came from customer service! I hope this was my first and last time renting from uhaul! Customer service sucked. My contract told me to drop off at one location, but customer service, with an attitude, has me to drive an extra 30 miles to another location. This placed me out of the way and I was pissed. If I dropped it off to the place other than what they told me to, I would be charged for wrong destination.

The manager had an attitude told me I did not have a reservation had told me I had to call reservations because he didn't have my reservation on his screen all supposed to get a motorcycle trailer did not get a motorcycle trailer there was a motortrak cycle trader there he said it was reserved for one way when I return my trailer after using it that evening the motorcycle trader was still sitting there got charged full price for 24 hour rental when I only needed it for a couple hours Very disappointed With this location somebody needs to look into it this guy's idiot

Rented a cargo van, it was full of pet hair; it had not been detailed. The staff is rude and unaccommodating; unwilling to explain why the online charges (including mileage) was different than what I paid in person. The response was “well this ain't onlineâ€. I will not rent from this location again.
