Why is it when I booked a trip through your site that takes 150-200 miles, it defaulted to 110miles? I ended up increasing it, but was still short and only paid $12. If I had let the U-Haul algorithm do it for me, I would have paid over $100 in extra costs due to the mileage. For this reason, 4 not 5 stars. And not an issue with the location, they actually told me to increase from 110 to 170, but I ended up closer to 185miles.
