First the location got moved. When I got to the new location at the time of pick up, the app tells me there was no equipment associated with my reservation. Then it me close to an HOUR to reach someone from customer service. Had to call the number provided a number of times before getting an answer. Then I had to pick up the truck at the original location. Truck was clean but somehow let ceiling/door light would not go off with all doors closed. In any case, I’ve spoken to someone about it last night and he said they’d refund me $50 off my reservation and I think that’s at least fair given the amount of aggravation I had to go through after a long day of work.

the manager was not there. Had to wait 30 min to get the manager in the phone. very unsafe and getto area. Would not rent with U Haul

drop off was a nightmare. i got to the location to drop off the truck an hour before my check in time. no one was there. The uhaul self check in website was not working. I tried to call the location, to leave a message so they would have a timestamp of when i dropped the truck off. I almost dropped the keys in the box as soon as I read, "park truck around back" written on the drop box. so I got back in the truck to drive around back, where I found about 2 feet of water in the "parking area". My ride home, in their sedan was following me, quickly realized that the water was well above the frame if their vehicle. quickly reversing as to not ruin the car-(!) i pulled around parking along the wall of the back drive way. I exited the passenger side of the truck. walking on the balance beam of a wall next to the truck. ( keep in mind, its slippery and wet)... and there is a three foot drop on the other side of the wall. I walked carefully up to the main parking lot where my ride was parked. This was not an ideal dropoff. In fact quite the opposite. Especially, when I learn there was a drop off location .25miles from where i moved- I left the part out about how U-haul moved my pick up location to an hour drive away, where i did not have a ride. I had to scramble to find a closer location and a ride-THE DAY I was moving-! I had made my pick up reservation a week and a half before my move date. The gentleman at The Wharf was pleasant and polite. he did is job well. I know U-hauls mess up was not his fault. Reguardless, I will never ever use u-haul ever again.

It was just a pick up location, a bit out of the way and without regular hours. They did not answer their phone that morning or have an accessible voicemail (it was full).

There should be clearly marked signs where to return vehicle or uhaul should provide detailed check in instructions for this location.

I'm really annoyed that I was charged for furniture pads that I never received. I have been on hold waiting for a customer representative for over an hour and NO ONE HAS PICKED UP. I need my refund for these pads ASAP.

VERY friendly and efficient. Van was in good condition. Very fair transaction. Place is a bit hard to see, but look for the U-Haul sign on the roof!

The self pick-up was very straight forward and easy. Additionally, although I did not need any help because of self pick-up, the manager for U-Haul at DC Automotive LLC was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend DC Automotive LLC U-Haul location to a friend.

the people at this location were helpful.We had issues with the Go uhaul reservation services(quoted wrong price-had to pay $60 more). We were told we could pick up everything at one location by phone service day before ( next day had to go to two locations).One location had no reservation listed for the dolly we had ordered the day before( lady at location said we were lucky it was here).We were very unhappy with this lack of communication between locations and phone service. We were very unhappy with the change of pricing- we picked uhaul because of the pricing.People at the locations were good. 1800GOUHAUL not so good.

The location was closed when I dropped on Saturday afternoon. They closed at 1:00 p.m. which I think is too early.
