I find it ridiculous that to change drop off locations, you would be double charged for the rental. It is confusing as to whether you can just drop off the keys in the dropbox or whether it's required that you have to check the vehicle back in with your phone.PAULWILLIAM M.

I would not zip tie equipment inside the u-haul and then charge people for using it when the seal was broken. I had to break the seal on the equipment only because it was in the way of me packing the u-haul I literally could not fit anything past the giant Dali and whatever else was hanging on the wall.. The roll up door locking mechanism was very difficult to close. The latch did not meet properly and had to be forced to close and lock. I have rented many trailers over the years and this was definitely not normal.GEORGEH R.
This is not related to the location but more a point on process. When I called to reserve the truck, I said I wasn't sure exactly when I'd need to pick it up but estimated 10:30am, but the agent on the phone said it didn't matter if I picked it up at exactly that time because the 4 hour rental would be begin when I picked it up. I arrived about noon and followed all the instructions I had for mobile pick up 5-6 times but never saw the button. Eventually I called to get clarification and another agent reset the time to 12:15, and the button showed up immediately. I'd recommend either having the pick up option stay longer visible in the U-Haul.com account or let people know if they miss their pick up by more than X minutes they'll have to call to have it resetSAMUEL P.

The no contact all to pick up and drop off the truck was a bit difficult to use. The part where it requires you to take pictures kept freezing up. Had to log out and on several times to get it to finally allow me to upload the pictures. Plus trying to do this at night at a dark location isn't safe when it takes so long to get your app to work. The online process for picking up via phone was TERRIBLE. At no point during the reservation process did it say they would need to get in touch with a secondary contact before pickup. If they had informed me of this I would have notified my family. This left Uhaul waking up my family to confirm just so I can pickup a truck I was already paying for. Why couldn't this have been done beforehand!?! This lead to a 45 minute delay in a rental that was only a few hours long!!! This was completely unacceptable.Justin H.
