The puck up and drop off were amazing. The biggest complaint would have to be with the trucks running system. I had to leave before sunrise and with no back lighting on the dash, and the speed indicator i was not told about… was a great stressor. At least until sunrise.

Corporate needs to figure out their scheduling. They fucking suck. The locations hands are tied and can't serve their customers as they can.

fernando eWe showed up 10 minutes early to pick up our uhaul, and waited until 9:30am (our pickup time was 9am) before we called the company and they tried to contact the location. After trying to get ahold of someone for a good 15 minutes they sent us somewhere else.
