The pick up part was beyond aggravating and difficult. It took us an hour to finally get the code and the keys from the truck. We will not use U haul again because of this fiasco. Customer service with your company is a joke. No thank you! We have been customers for years but no longer.David T.

I couldn't go into the store because there was a vicious dog in there which prevented me from being able to inspect the truck myself. I had to give the employee my license and my debit card and let him walk away with it into the shop. He could have been taking a picture of my information because I had to wait in the car due to the dog being in the shop. Customer service was terrible.Francie J.
Every dealership was fine. The counter-people were lovely. There was a real snafu at UHaul distributionâ€"no trucks available at preferred location (there was), couldn't understand the contract, ignored the reservation for an appliance dolly (had to go to 3 locations to rent one). Again, the counter-people at each dealership were lovely. The problems existed higher up.Dianne S.
