Sylvia DBit of a wait time even after making an appointment. Everything is done by phone they have to input your card number into a cell phone which isn’t safe.
Marilyn HThe woman who checked me in and out charged me for the insurance even though i declined it on my reservation. She never asked me to confirm if i wanted it. She just checked the button. I was inside the truck she could have asked and didn’t. When i asked her abt it she said it was too late and i needed to call customer service. I called customer service and they said the manager would call me today to provide resolution, i.e a refund. He never called me and i fond this ridiculous. I have never had an issue with uhaul before and would like my refund asap
