The driver cab of the truck was very clean. The inside of the cargo bed of the truck however had debris from the previous move and a puddle of water inside of it before we got started. We had to sweep and a wipe the truck out before we could move anything. We also had admin issues with the truck share partner because Uhaul never sent the us the 4 digit pin for the truck share. We however did have the confirmation number and payment information. The truck share owner still wouldnt give us the keys for the truck reservation until we talked to Uhaul customer service.
