I paid for two dollys. One regular and one appliance dolly. only the appliance dolly was in the truck when I picked up. it was after hours so I just had to deal without it, but Uhaul charged me for it. Also know that after hours pickup means you have to deal with the Uhaul app. It took me 30 minutes and a phone call to support to get through it. Then 30 minutes at drop off. Super frustrating. Wouldn't do it again.

Ive never had any issues with uhaul in the past. Ive used their services many time and have been greatly appreciative of their customer service, their vehicles, and overall experience. The app is absolute trash. This was the first time ive ever used a mobile pickup and it was not easy. It took easily twice as long using the app as when picking up a vehicle during work hours. Definitely needs some development work.

Michael N.The van was great and the man who helped me at the location was very sweet and helpful. My only issue was that the switchblade key fob completely busted apart when I tried to start the van. We were able to put it back together and it worked properly after that.
