Charged the wrong amount. Location wasn't clean, truck was dirty, didn't have pads as per rental agreement, and lastly I was charged WRONGLY double the amount that I should have been and didn't get full overcharged portion of the money back. I drove 32 miles, was charged 64 miles, rented for 1 day charged for 2 days, etc.. everything double. I don't think I'll be renting from U haul in general after this experience.
Well Iâ€™m still waiting for the refund for the pads and dolly I paid for that was not in the truck? I was told Iâ€™d get a refund and 2 weeks later Iâ€™m still waiting.
Mobile app didn't work as I expected it to be. That delayed me for about 20 minutes, plus keys weren't left outside to pickup, had to go into the office and ask for them. Also was charged for a Dolley and furniture pads that I never had.
the uhaul was not cleaned and when it was raining the truck started to leak from the windshield area. I didn't know I had to checkin the vehicle before returning the keys so I wasn't able to checkin and provide photos and milage...
Just charge the customer a normal price. I rent the truck for 1 day , you charged me for 3 days. It's a robbery.

When I picked the van up there was no gas in the tank. I had to go immediately to a gas station to fill up the van. That was annoying. Other than that. Good experience as always.
No need to request of any improvements. This Uhaul site has been the best experience thus far. Not to mention how unique the location is but also on how smooth the process went from beginning to the end. The gentleman whom assisted me throughout the process was very polite, with great customer service. Positive vibes!

asked for a dolly with order ,was not in truck had to go back in office told me no dolly available and took a floor roller .I wanted a dolly for faster move. slowed move down and was told 30 miles all day use and was still chardged 70 more dollars to bring back to original place . I will not recomenend uhaul to anyone after quotes I GOT FROM CORPORATE
Upon entering the premises, I had to say hello 3 times as the owner was in another room exercising. I wasn't given any instructions on returning the rental, only that everything is online now. Thus, I had a difficult time returning the truck through the online process, and had to call customer service. The customer service rep included detailed notes regarding my rental. I received an email receipt for my rental, only to find two days later that I had been changed a second time for the same rental. I will never use this location again.
Make sure he's open.....he was closed but he did answer his door.

I have a screen shot of my reservation showing that I declined the insurance. I was charged the insurance anyway. When I complained they said nothing they could do. It gets worse, three months later I get bill for $60 saying it is for tolls or citations. I told them this is not possible since we didn't take any roads with tolls, and we were never pulled over and never received a ticket. Tickets in Milwaukee for parking are not $60. They once again said too bad. I will never recommend them again. My move from Milwaukee to Chicago with the same size ruck cost half as much, somehow when I moved back to Milwaukee (same size truck, same route, it is over twice as much.

I see a gas charged price on my receipts when I had fueled the truck before dropping it off. It was below half when I got it and I had fueled it back up near half.
I've rented one truck per month for the last four years from Namaste and that should speak for itself. As a business owner, I will only work with people and businesses that align with my strict code of customer service and Namaste does just that. Top marks from the friendly services to the flexibility they've shown me and in all other regards.
i don't understand why charge me so much. they didn't give us a form for how much gas before using it( actually there is no gas at all), then we add some gas, but finally for the gas, they charge me 30 dollars, which i don't understand
A. I was issued a ticket because the headlights (which are automatic when dark) was not working although it worked at other times. B. I was not given a copy of the contract so when the police asked for it, it was unavailable. C. No one was at the Uhaul Dealer at 3:15pm upon my return. I contacted the Uhaul costumer service who transferred me the Traffic department once they noted the file I was informed I didnâ€™t have to wait for some to return at the location and to use the Dropbox, this is what I did and yet still I was charged for the next day. I was told by Uhaul costumer service to drive back up there and use my phone to checkout the car. 1. So what if my phone has been lost stolen or the service is not working? 2. And isnâ€™t it the Uhaul dealers responsibility to be open during normal business hours to check out the car if using the Dropbox without your phone is not an option to avoid being charged the next day? 3. Or is this just another way for Uhaul to cash in extra cash and are they now using more Uhaul Dealers as opposed to whatever qualifies as a Uhaul office to rid themselves of liability? But how do you rid yourself of liability when you authorize your name and service to be used? D. I tried calling the Uhaul dealer and left a message regarding these issues and have contacted the same Uhaul costumer service who said the an area manager would be contacting me. I have yet to hear from anyone. E. Between all the additional fees even beyond mileage fees the rental and citation for faulty equipment what started out as an advertisement of 19.95 ended May end up being somewhere close to $300 once the Circuit Clerk posts the amount of the ticket. Worse Rental experience ever, stay away from Uhaul and their Dealers!
Uhual truck smelled of smoke. And when I returned the office was locked and closed with a note saying "I will be right back" with a number listed that did not work. I banged on the door until someone answered it. Very unprofessional.
I just received a text, 5 days after returning the truck, that I am being charged for fuel and a fuel service fee even though I picked up and returned the truck with a quarter tank of gas. I'm also being charged a cleaning fee even though I returned it cleaner than when I got it. I sent in an appeal, or whatever you call it. If this is not resolved, I will try to never rent another UHaul truck will place negative reviews everywhere I can online. It's just wrong.
Your call center employee didn't give me the right information. My rental was one-way, but the employee gave me a return address that didn't accept one-way rentals. This caused me extra time, gas and mileage. The employee at the return address was polite and easygoing.
