Please be more detailed about mandatory insurance and other charges on website. I thought I wasn’t going to pay no more than $40-$50. I paid closer to $70. Even with knowing how many miles I was going to charged. I also thought I could drop the truck off at any UHaul which was an option stated online as well, but I had to drive back to the location I picked the truck up from.

The passenger side windshield wiper didn't work...i forgot to tell Patterson....overall this location works for me... my 1st pickup location was joys on 101st and halsted and this was horrible... they couldn't seem to get it together, so i went to Pattersons....

The owner wad not courteous and I was held up for one hour because he wouldn't except my out of state driver license. When I called another dealer he would accept my license. The difference in neighborhoods.

Monday March 05/2018 I walk in to a haul store in need of a truck but did not no what truck, until the staff explain to me what I needed.The staff were more than helpful.They exercised their professionalism by explaining what would work for me base on what I were going to move.They respected me as a person first then as a customer.I felt comfortable and well respected.GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a fwd of the email I've just sent to your store owner at "firstname.lastname@example.org" I'm not disputing the miles. My account was charged $191.37, but you guys claim you only charged $157.64. Harold could not explain the receipt to me. He kept telling me I was not over charged, he never listened to me, I never completed a single sentience, and because he did not listen to understand my confusion, he failed to explain why I was being over charged. He couldn't even showed that you guys removed the $74 I paid originally, my mother came with me to try and understand this as well. He raised his voice to my mother, a 67 year old woman, and myself and then he snatched paper out my hand to write your ["Tony's"] phone number down. He claimed you were not there yesterday. He hung up my initial call which lead me to come back to the store in the first place. He's not good for your business. You have on record a customer service representative yelling at a deaf/hard of hearing woman and an elder. I've worked customer service and retail for ten years. I've NEVER treated a guest this way. I was born and raised in the neighborhood and I've never encountered this kind of hostility. I plan to address a few issues with the Better Business Bureau, and the Uhaul review. I checked your Google review to see this Harold employee is STILL allowed to insult disabled and elder women. I don't think this is a good business move for Harold to treat humans with such disrespect.
