The lock was extremely difficult to get in. In addition the app was also difficult to use with limited internet connection. The truck was not customer ready: air bag light, gas cap loose light was intermittent, and horn was not functional. All noted on the return so no other customer would get it. This location was also out of our way from the location we chose, so we ended up paying a mileage overage fee. It wasn't a good overall experience.
