The original place I had reserved my truck at wasn't open when I got there at my scheduled pickup time. Upon calling the business owner they stated they wouldn't be there to open for another hour or more. They were scheduled to open at 8am, I was there at 8:30am. I was on a time schedule with several times stops with this truck, and this was very inconvenient for it to not be available. I had to call on my own and find one 30 minutes away. I called uhaul and they were able to switch my location pickup. It was still an inconvenience and this is not the first time this happened. I've had two different businesses not available when we went to pick up trucks even though it was during their listed business hours.

I received a furniture dolly instead of an appliance dolly but the manager of the pickup location refunded my money but it was still the inconvenience of not having an appliance dolly was not good
