I inadvertently left a bag in the truck after returning it and called the next day. They told me they disposed of it. Although I checked the box upon return I had had cleaned out the truck, they should of at least called before disposing it

Maria CI was not told that I could not park my car at this new pickup location. I received a phone call the morning of my pickup from my original pickup location and was told they didn't have a truck. They moved my pickup to "A Storage Place" but they opened an hour later than my original pickup time. Overall, the whole process was a complete hassle.
