The only issue I had was I wish the guy renting the truck had been wearing a mask. However, he was very friendly and seemed like a nice guy. He was quick and helpful and made the process simple.

I needed to find a dealer fast as my original supplier called and said they could not provide the trailer. I was on the road and needed a Trailer at my destination. Found this dealer who was located just off I81. They got me hooked up and back on the road in no time. Very pleased with their service. D
Made a bad situation good
Wonderful, professional and courteous service from check in to delivery of the product. Can't say enough.
Uhaul indicated 98" inside wide dimensions 26' truck and planned loading as such....turned out to be only 90" wide actual...threw the whole loading plan in the trash can.
Everything went perfectly good .. personnel were very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Definitely will use this u-haul facility for future rentals ..

Even though I returned the trailer a day early, I got charged a $20 after hours service fee.
Rental drop off was hassle free!
1. The start mileage was off (by 5 miles). Did not notice til I was about a mile down the road and I wasn't turning back. 2. Our move was 14 miles (roundtrip) and it took 5 gals to top off. I doubt the truck was full when I picked it up.

The people here were very helpful and genuinely concerned about me situation. They promptly attended to my needs and concerns. Had someone come to my location to pick me up.
It is not about the location but the uhaul app and online website. Both are slow and take for ever to check in or out and doing online pickup or drop offs. Took 15 minutes to pick up my truck through the app.
