I already filed a complaint. There was no lock box for after hours pick up, also no instructions stating the keys would be inside the back locked in the truck. It stated lock box in front of the business. The truck tire maintenance light was on when I picked up the truck. Also the employee who I called the next day to return early was rude. I was letting her know what happened and she just sushed me off the phone.RACHEL A.

Ac didnt work, they lost my reservation, and i had to argue to get a truck. I was also never called to confirm, I had to keep calling in. Very poor organization, I was left pretty sad. The lady at the counter also quoted me $32 for insurance then the paper said $42 and she couldnt figure out why. Wow.Alejandro F.

I reserved a dolly online which they did not give me at pick up. I also was charged mileage when they said i wouldnt. The last time i rented a uhaul this fee wasnt on my receipt. When i asked them to contact another uhaul for an available dolly the employee said â€œi mean, i guessâ€. Will not be coming back to this location.Brittany B.
There were no trucks available in the designated area. I had to flag down an employee who happened to be walking by for assistance and drove into the location for a truck in the backElizabeth S.
The location is hard to enter and exit with a truck. The lock on the truck was stuck, it took 20 minutes to open it. The individual who prepped the vehicle for me forgot to add the blankets I requested in my reservation. I had to drive to my house and use personal blankets. The truck is dirty. Mud all over the fender and the tires. You guys should full tank all your rental cars. So it's easy to get gas. Rent it with a full tank return it with a full tank. Parking there is really hard. I have to drive around to find a spot for the uhaulMark A.

I being a customer picked up a filthy truck. The inside and the back. Inside front had a lot of dirt. Had not been cleaned in awhile and with Corona virus you should be ashamed of yourselves. I could of left it the same way but I did not. Also the back was full of crap and dirt and all I needed was to move a little bit of clothes and then I had to clean it even though I didn't dirty it.
