The app was difficult to get to work upon returning vehicle- after several minutes it worked on my son’s phone.

Patricia AWas charged an extra day because no one was there to check in my trailer upon return. Gates were chained and locked during working hours. Phone went to voicemail, but full mailbox. Three calls to customer service just to get an area manager to look into it. I was still charged for 6 days even though I returned the trailer after 5. I will look for other options before using Uhaul or this location again. also, the trailer had a tire leaking. Had to fill it multiple times during use.
David SLocation was unkempt and shoddy despite well maintained U-Hauls. An improvement would be to have better information available for the limited staff at this location.
