I ordered a dolly for use while moving, it was to be located in the back of the truck, there was no dolly, i still got charged for it, the truck was fine and the customer service was great the second time i called but not so much on the first call. The uhaul app and your website are VERY buggy and it took me over 2 hours and 2 seperate calls to the customer support team to get the truck rented, if i ever have to rent another uhaul i will not be using the app or website. I would not recommend doing a mobile order to anyone. And i did not get reimbursed for the moving dolly that i did not get.

Staff was not helpful at all, even when the checkin process wasn’t working. I had to call U-Haul customer service and wait in queue.
