I had to pass my moving location by 30 miles and rent in clarksdale Ms which was an additional one hour round trip out of my way.. I used uhaul moving services and my load wasn't done properly and my furniture fell and was damaged.. i need to make a claim.. have pics!! Had two full bags of additional blankets that were not used and could have saved me damage!!!!mike J.
Wrong mileage given and no gas in truck at pick up for location change. Was accommodated in Little Rock some. At pick up no dolly availablable. Thought better service should have been provided pick up on reserved uhaul. Had to wait extra time at drop off for them to fix error made at pick up that could have taken less time at pick up.Gail M.
