Had a difficult time using Uhaul app as it kept timing out, said network failed when all other apps had access to network. Had to call in to customer service to get lock code for key lockbox

The windows could have used a good cleaning. The front desk check-in could have been smoother, and a walk to and around the truck would not be a bad idea.
