It would be nice if there were a way to check in the equipment without a camera. The camera is broken on my phone and I was unable to check the equipment in after hours. Maybe the phone location would suffice as proof the equipment was dropped off?
David B.Our pickup time was for 8:00 am. The employee who was at the location was not trained to complete the uhaul transaction. The employee who was trained was not at the location as he had not arrived for the day. We waited for approximately 20 minutes and the employee who was trained was still had not arrived at the location. The untrained employee then did his best to go through the process to complete our reservation. We did not leave the location until almost 9:00 am and the trained employee still had not arrived. It was very unprofessional.
