I struggled with the Uhaul app and mobile check-in (that process and app definitely needs some attention and refinement), but Roger at the Freeport West location saved the day and my experience. He was more than helpful throughout.

Kade MUhauls policy with gas fill ups is easily the dumbest policy I've encountered. The trucks should be required to be filled to fill. When I was told the truck as at half and to return it that way made my jaw drop. No where else has had a similar policy and I. My option is anti consumer. Trying to guess how much to fill is massive headache. Change this policy. I will be reporting this to my states attorney general as anti consumer. Policy like these only cause the front line employees to take angry customers over an easy change.
