Getting the truck on the app was extremely difficult. It caused us to have an hour delay. Returning the truck was even more difficult as the app kept freezing up and would not allow us to take photos. Customer service had to be contacted multiple times and again it took over an hour.

Brian WTruck was not available for pick up Spend one out of my truck time trying to get another truck . The guy in the gas station was very friendly and tried to help me . He didn’t have a computer in the store to help me we have to do it by phone and my smart phone Very stressful
